Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Underground Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials
- Dig trenches and excavate areas as needed
- Assist in the installation of construction components, such as drywall, flooring, or roofing
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans is a plus
- Familiarity with hand and power tools is beneficial
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
